Dear Evanston shares stories, raises awareness, builds community, and supports reparations in Evanston.
Our Mission
1.
Amplify the voices of community members that are less-often heard.
2.
Partner with individuals and organizations to hold events that inspire meaningful dialogue, unite our community, and serve as a catalyst for change.
3.
Provide information about organizations and activities that offer opportunities to connect across race, socioeconomic background, and culture.
4.
Educate white and non-Black Evanstonians about reparations
and encourage contributions to Evanston's reparations fund.
