Today's listed statistics for Covid-19 cases of Evanston residents:
Confirmed cases: 579 (up from 555 confirmed cases yesterday). That’s a big one-day jump of 24 more cases since yesterday.
Deaths: 20 (no change since since yesterday).

The Illinois Department of Public Health reported 2,294 new known COVID-19 infections since yesterday and 59 additional deaths.
The latest numbers brings the statewide total of confirmed cases to 96,485 and deaths to 4,234.
