Deaths: 22 (two more people have died from Covid-19 since yesterday, according to the City of Evanston).

The Illinois Department of Public Health reported 1,545 new known Covid-19 infections since yesterday and 146 more deaths. This brings the statewide total to 98,030 known cases and 4,379 deaths, up from 96,485 cases and 4,234 deaths yesterday.
Governor Pritzker says Illinois now leads the country in per capita daily Covid-19 tests.
