The Illinois Legislature is meeting for a lame duck session between today, January 8 and January 12. They will be addressing a key piece of legislation to End Money Bond.
The Pretrial Fairness Act would end money bond and reform the pretrial justice system in our state to make it fair for everyone.
This legislation MUST pass!
