Many Evanstonians have asked how we can support the Weavers following the tragic death of CJ.

Please see below for how to contribute to a fund that’s been established for CJ’s young son Malachi. Services for Clarence “CJ” Weaver, Jr. took place at Second Baptist Church yesterday and were limited to immediate family only in order to maintain safe social-distancing.

The Weaver family asks that, in lieu of flowers, those who wish can make a donation to an educational fund that has been established for Malachi Weaver, CJ's son.
