I remember running into Mr. Campbell at the Curt's Cafe counter on many mornings. He was always ready with a smile and a kind word.
Campbell was a long-time Evanstonian and served as director of editorials and community services over a 32-year career at Channel 7. He was best known for his long run as host and producer of the weekly public affairs show Chicagoing.
